A native of Portland, Oregon, Timothy holds a B.A. in History with a focus on 20th century legal systems from Concordia University. While there, he received the top award of Thesis with Distinction, graduating with honors in his department. He is fluent in both Russian and Ukrainian.
As a current 3L at the University of Oregon School of Law, Timothy is interested in criminal defense, as well as criminal justice reform. In addition to his work as an editor on the Oregon Review of International Law, Timothy is a leading member of the Oregon Law Students Public Interest Fund, a program that raises money for students going into the public interest sector. This summer, he will gain valuable experience in the criminal defense field through active trial participation and doing extensive legal research for our law firm. Timothy has been granted Certified Law Student status by the Oregon Supreme Court, thus enabling him to appear in court for clients facing misdemeanor charges.
As a first generation American, Timothy is highly motivated to bring first-class legal representation to his community, as well as all other future clients. When not serving clients, he enjoys classic car restoration and playing chess.
