Meet Mark C. Cogan

Attorney Mark Cogan has been practicing exclusively in criminal defense for more than 40 years. A New York University School of Law graduate, he has trained with the most highly acclaimed criminal defense attorneys in the nation at the National Criminal Defense College. He wrote the brief in New York v. Class and argued this important constitutional rights case before the United States Supreme Court.

Mark has received an AV Peer Review Rating*, the highest rating available to attorneys, and has been selected as an Oregon Super Lawyer from 2007 through the present time.
