Meet Mark C. Cogan
Attorney Mark Cogan has been practicing exclusively in criminal defense for more than 35 years. A New York University School of Law graduate, he has trained with the most highly acclaimed criminal defense attorneys in the nation at the National Criminal Defense College. He wrote the brief in New York v. Class and argued this important constitutional rights case before the United States Supreme Court.
