A native of Portland, Oregon, Timothy is a dedicated criminal defense attorney with a passion for justice. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History with a specialization in 20th-century legal systems from Concordia University, where his exceptional work culminated in receiving the prestigious Thesis with Distinction award, graduating with honors in his department.
Timothy continued his pursuit of legal expertise at the University of Oregon School of Law, where he delved into various aspects of law and was actively involved in multiple legal organizations. Notably, he was an editor for the Oregon Review of International Law, demonstrated his commitment to public interest through the Oregon Public Interest Fund, and honed his skills as a member of the Law of Intellectual Property Group.
Throughout his career, Timothy has consistently delivered outstanding results for his clients, whether in trial, plea negotiations, civil compromise, and other creative avenues of resolving cases. He boasts a wealth of experience in handling cases involving DUI, Sexual Abuse, Assault, and Harassment. Timothy also specializes in assisting clients with expungements and governor pardons.
